In-person inspection is available and strongly encouraged. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections prior to bidding. Participation in the auction signifies acceptance of the items’ condition.
Payment
Payment by cash, certified check, or wire transfer.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot.
Sales Tax: 6.3% VA sales tax applies to non-titled assets. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your valid tax exemption certificate on file.
Removal Requirements
Dates & Times: October 30 & November 2-6 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates.
